15jl Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 15jl website located at 15jl.vip, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and all associated services, games, promotions, and features operated under the 15jl brand (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by 15jl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the 15jl Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the 15jl Platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, and any person who accesses the Platform from any device or location. If you access 15jl on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To register for and use a 15jl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine law and is non-negotiable. 15jl operates under PAGCOR-aligned age restrictions applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 15jl or its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform vendors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 15jl Platform or from other licensed gambling platforms in the Philippines.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.

15jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 15jl may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance.

15jl employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age. Any funds in such an account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 15jl Platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 15jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings in the event multiple accounts are detected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 15jl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password that is not reused from other services (including your GCash, PayMaya, or bank accounts).
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify 15jl immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

15jl accounts are personal to the account holder. Selling, transferring, or assigning your 15jl account to another person is prohibited.

All transactions on the 15jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 15jl does not charge currency conversion fees. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits are generally credited to your 15jl wallet instantly for GCash and PayMaya, and within 15 minutes for bank transfers during business hours. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 banking days.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name and that has been previously used to deposit. 15jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

• Funds deposited in error or via an unauthorised payment method may be reversed.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent deposit attempts will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement.
• 15jl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or network outages.

15jl offers bonuses, free credits, cashback programmes, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all 15jl bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that are withdrawn before wagering requirements are met will be voided.
• 15jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that bonuses already accepted by players will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to bonus hunting, collusion with other accounts, or the use of automated betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements — constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure.

All bets placed on the 15jl Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it, including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds or game settings. 15jl does not accept responsibility for bets placed incorrectly by the player.

15jl reserves the right to void or adjust any bet in the following circumstances:

• Evident errors in odds, payout calculations, or game display caused by a technical fault.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded or after a live game outcome has been determined.
• Evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or integrity violations affecting the outcome of a sports event.
• System errors, platform outages, or data feed failures that affect the integrity of a game round or sporting event.

Maximum bet limits, minimum bet limits, and individual game rules are published within each game and within the Platform's help section. These limits may vary by game type, VIP tier, and account status. 15jl may impose additional betting limits on individual accounts at its discretion for risk management purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 15jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or using more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or feature on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any transaction connected to proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 15jl support staff or other platform users.
• Impersonating another person, including another 15jl account holder or a 15jl employee.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 15jl's systems, databases, or back-end infrastructure.

All content on the 15jl Platform — including but not limited to the 15jl brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of 15jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 15jl Platform without prior written permission from 15jl.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 15jl and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processing delays not within 15jl's direct control.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

The 15jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 15jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game contained therein.

Nothing in these Terms limits 15jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

15jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 15jl reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 15jl, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• Required by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 15jl account may do so by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's verified payment method, provided no compliance holds are active. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

15jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. The following tools are available to all 15jl account holders:

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 15jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 15jl will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file.

Your continued use of the 15jl Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 15jl recommends checking this page whenever you return to the Platform after an absence.
